Lemon Bars

For the crust:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
For the filling:
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup whole milk
1tbsp lemon zest
pinch kosher salt
Method:
First, make the crust. Combine the softened butter, flour and powdered sugar until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a parchment lined 9x13 pan. Pre-bake the bare crust at 350 until golden around the edges, 10-15 min. Meanwhile, make the filling. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and flour together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until firm to the touch. Dust with copious amounts of powdered sugar.
