Brown Rice Porridge with Hazelnut Milk

Transform leftover brown rice into a delicious breakfast by simmering in hazelnut milk with warm vanilla and sugar.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups water
2 cups hazelnut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch sea salt
METHOD
Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 20-30 min to desired consistency. Garnish with fresh fruit or jam, crushed nuts, hemp seeds or bee pollen.
